Are you ready to take your kitchen skills to the next level? At The All Out, we're not just about food; we're about creating unforgettable experiences. As we gear up to launch our exciting new food concept, we're looking for a passionate and driven Kitchen Supervisor to join our crew.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and present our dishes with flair and precision.
  • Ensure top-notch quality and presentation every time, whether it's a regular service night or a private event for 250 guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment and efficient operations.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines (HACCP is your friend!).
  • Collaborate on menu ideas – your creativity is welcome here! At The All Out, the sky is the limit.

What We're Looking For:

  • Some kitchen experience (supervisory skills are a bonus!).
  • A love for food and a passion for learning.
  • Calm under pressure and ready to roll with the punches.
  • Already living in the Netherlands with a valid work permit
  • Eager to contribute ideas and be part of a creative culinary journey.
